This design was inspired by 2024 LA Marathon training cycle. It was the first time i had taken my training serious with the long run. I found that the key to getting better at long running is consistency. The more you show up for yourself the better the results are. We hope this sends some inspiration as well as pushes you to keep going for your goals.
